I am unfamiliar with these sorts of things, and I apologise if aluminium was the incorrect selection. I need advice as well :-)

Note: the bathroom and entrance windows is the same (in terms of design and configuration) as the kitchen, except instead of three glass/window-panels there is only 2x per unit. Double glazing would be ideal for blocking out loud noise and for insulation as my apartment sits on the fourth floor close to the freeway and Harbour in Durban.

I need servicing on the windows. 6 Sliding doors and more or less 10 windows that need to be repaired. Some of the handles need replacement and some of the frames need to be repaired.
