I am building a main house with a cottage on a open piece of land in Langevlei Dunes, wilderness/Kleinkranz. I am looking for a general quote of cost per square meter so that I can short list builders. I currently live in Uitenhage and will becoming to the garden route to finalise a builder and my building plans.

I need extra garage space on the property. There is a single garage at this moment, and I wish to extend the front and the back. The Front will be more or less 2m, and the space will be extended in an L shape with folding stacking doors at the end to facilitate a boat to move through the doors. The base of the "L" will be used as a workshop. Furthermore, I wish to add a braai space with a pizza oven in the opposite corner of the property.
We have a plot of approx m2 and want to build three similar duplex homes of around m2 each on the plot. Three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room, braai room and double garage. I would like a ballpark quote from an architect to design the homes and submit plans.
