We are not only looking for someone who is finding a lessee, but someone who looks after the property on a regular basis to make absolutely sure that nothing gets stolen, lost broken and/or damaged. During our absence the maid, garden and pool service would continue to come in on a Monday. Someone must be at the property to let them in. Is that the kind of service you could offer? Finding someone for our property is easy. Looking after it is the difficult part.
