I opened a Barbershop in Koster and last week 3 police officers came to my shop insisting to raid my shop without any search warrant because according to them I was selling drugs the 1 officer searched me also touched my private parts and when I pulled away he said he can search how he wants and where he wants what can I do.

I have a double-story house and I'm planning some renovations. I'd like to extend my kitchen and add a bathroom above it, which will be connected to the adjacent bedroom. I'd also like to convert the upstairs patio into a bedroom. Additionally, I'd like to relocate the stairs to lead down to the garage, which I'll be converting into a cozy wooden seating area. When the sink tap is closed after the dishes are washed, there is consistent gurgling/dripping sound in the pipe for 15 seconds. Thereafter, everytime the tap is opened or closed the sound re-appears. We used drain cleaner, as instructed. The initial blockage seems to be clear but the sound after tap is closed persist. The maintenance guys on the estate tried but little success. Any suggestions!!!
