Top 20 rhinoplasty Pros Brakpan, 2025
This company is great to deal with. He took the time to explain the process, tested all the points and not only explained the problem areas, but also offered to repair it at a very good price. Only once the repairs were done did he issue the coc. Very professional and I will highly recommend this business.

About:
Request a quoteThe customer service was good
I did not get the results I asked for, no one explained before the procedure that I will not get the results I requested, the liposuction was okay but it doesn't look like I had a fat transfer, the price was okay but my body did not change at all when it comes to the fat transfer. I think they don't know how to do the transfer.
Lipo results take a min of 6 weeks and in most cases can take up to 8 months to settle, your lipo was done 6 days ago so not really fair to judge results in only 6 days as you are swollen. The procedure regarding a fat transfer was explained in detail and that the skin can only stretch as much as it will allow in 1 procedure, a maximum amount of fat was transferred until the skin’s capacity was reached and the fat is literally running out of the cannula entry point which means that no more could be done. The volume that was transferred was over a litre per buttock which would make a significant difference. In short I feel the patient is not being fair with her review as her procedure was done 6 days ago

Frequently asked questions
-
How is rhinoplasty performed?
Rhinoplasty can be performed using either an open or closed approach. In open rhinoplasty, an incision is made across the columella (the tissue between the nostrils) which allows the surgeon full access to the nasal structures. In closed rhinoplasty, incisions are made within the nostrils, resulting in no visible scarring. The choice between open and closed rhinoplasty depends on the specific changes needed and the surgeon's preference.
-
What can I expect during recovery from rhinoplasty?
Recovery typically involves some swelling and bruising around the eyes and nose, which subsides gradually. Most patients return to work and normal activities within one to two weeks, although full healing can take up to a year. A splint may be placed on your nose during the initial recovery period to protect the new structure.

What are the risks associated with rhinoplasty?
While rhinoplasty is generally safe, potential risks include infection, bleeding, asymmetry, and dissatisfaction with the aesthetic results. In rare cases, additional surgery might be needed to correct or refine the outcomes. It's crucial to discuss all potential risks and benefits with your surgeon before the procedure.

How much does rhinoplasty cost in South Africa?
The cost of rhinoplasty in South Africa varies widely depending on the complexity of the procedure and the surgeon's experience. Generally, prices range from 30,000 to 70,000 South African Rand. It's important to choose a qualified and experienced surgeon rather than making a decision based solely on price, as this can significantly affect the quality of the results.
