Also include whether there would be any extra charges for chemicals required etc. Also confirm that, apart from the Kreepy, does the company bring its own equipment, such as poles, nets and brushes etc? We employed a company at the beginning of December who said that, apart from a monthly maintenance fee (weekly maintenance), they would also have to quote a seperate once-off fee for (quote) "getting the pool to look right" before they could do weekly maintenance. However, nearly 6 weeks later, although the pool is blue, they have not made it clear, and we have at no stage been able to see the bottom of the pool. Can you please give me more than one quote.
Pool has been attempted to be fixed by multiple people. After a few months, I would lose water and we would discover a crack at the bottom of the pool on the shallow side. The people who fixed it previously then came back and advised me that my pool has a sink hole. So they dug up the pool and ever since then, they never came back.
