Good afternoon I am done with the plans, I need a construction company to execute them. I want to build a 3 bedroom house which wich is approximately square meters and the basement square meters.

I want to build a 2 room house next to my main house, on the same property.
Other construction work (boundary wall, pool, etc.)
Retaining wall to be built along length of the house and as a support structure for sinking swimming pool . Foundation to be pinned. Large tree to be removed with root system to be killed off. Septic tank and sewage system to be replaced. Water and geyser system to be replaced/upgraded to improve water pressure and flow. Floor tiles to be removed so that foundation can be repaired. Tiles to be replaced. Major structural cracks on walls to be repaired.
Renovation/remodel
I need the whole house remodeled.. From the dining area to the kitchen, bedrooms, everything. And it needs a bathroom... I also need proper electrical wiring done.
Extension/addition
We are adding about 2 or 3 rooms to an existing home.
