I was extremely uncomfortable dealing with this organization as their only objective was to get a very large sum of money paid to them. I won't go through this procedure again. There is no guarantee that the service provider is qualified so basically you are dealing with a complete stranger and asking to be ripped off.

Anthony let me know when he would be arriving and gave me a price up front. He and his team worked from 9.00 until 12.45 and were very thorough. They did some extra work which they said was necessary, despite the house being new, but their overall charge was fair. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.
