Around sm for the house, plus 40odd sm for the garage. Cottage, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge dining room and kitchen. Looking for Nutec or timber or other reasonably priced building material. Also want, 10mx4m swimming pool. Still looking for land, so need pricing at this stage. Stand size we are looking at will be around sm. Also need boundary wall, site clearing, water and electricity connection plus back up water tanks and generator connection. Fittings, middle of the range, not the cheapest or most expensive. Have come up with some rough plans, so can send them.
