The adjoining walls between bathroom kitchen are showing signs of wetness,the sink cupboard is also damaged.
1. Toilet handle broken. Can still flush if we open the cistern and pull the lever. 2. Outside pipe that leads the water from the washing machine and kitchen taps to the drain bitten off by dog. Now water flowing into yard. Replacement of pipe (and studier pipe) required. Pipe length roughly 3-4m long but leads around around the corner to the drain. Will provide photos on email/Whatsapp when I get feedback.
Screws and mechanisms of the shower door are broken need someone to replace them
