Electrician is missing in action... 2dbs to be connected, wiring, lights and plugs to be installed and COC to be issued. Please I have paid alot to the contractor who I paid but did not deliver as per the agreement. I can therefore not afford a brand new installation. I need someone to continue and issue a coc.
