We have a Hollywood type garage and would like to install a double garage door. The roof is a corrugated roof structure and is close to the opening of the carport, a roller shutter door type will not fit, so the installation should be based on a slidding type track. We have been looking at Chromadec or alternatively Alu-zinc type door, preferably the Double Charcoal 40 Panel type door.
I have old metal gates that my late dad put in years ago. I had palisades put in to heighten the walls, to make the property more secure. Now I need the gates heightened by joining them to a metal base that must be made. I will accept advice on best method and materials to use. I also want to convert these gates from swing gates to folding sliding gates placed onto a metal rail. I attach a rough schematic. I attach pictures taken of the palisade installation. It can be see that the gates need a base to be made to heighten per schematic attached. Please advise.
Please see attached pics, we are wanting to also pop rivet a sheet of rubber against the gate as this gate is in the middle of our son's cricket net, we are busy building and worried about the noise and damage. I need the gate installed, a new gate and if you could do the sheeting then it's a bonus but we can also purchase this and install it ourselves, just want to make sure what ever is quoted that it is possible to do.
I have a wooden garage door and it has a motor but currently it is removed and we are lifting the door by hand and it is very heavy and dangerous. The wheels along the side are also not in good condition. I was hoping for someone to come see it in person for free and we will gladly pay for it to get fixed.

The Aluminum should be matte charcoal aluminum and where I indicated on the sheet, there should be burglar bar added. Please note that there have been some changes made to the plan. The correct product is indicated on the spread sheet. (you can only refer to the list when doing the quotes). D03 – is a door with no windows. It is currently a roller door(old and worn), and the gap above the door does not allow for a folding door. So I need a replacement roller door, powder-coated white. Quote with and without a motor, as we already have a Digidoor motor for the current door. If the motor won't work with your, please state so, thanks (it is a standard width and height single garage door opening)
There is a hole in the bottom timber section of double garage door. My husband has taken a look and the wood does not seem to be rotten. We need someone to offer some advice and let us know whether repairs are even possible and how much it cost. The garage door would be at my son's house in Fourways.
