The company came out and quoted, we agreed on a time line, and they requested full payment upfront because of the urgency, four weeks later, no performance, they never return calls i have requested a refund but am getting the run around, i am about to hand them over to my lawyers, so in summary this company in my opinion is a bunch of crooks and are a liability to have on your so called Pro list

Ismael Patel from Excellent Aluminium (on the quote it also says SS Aluminium) took my deposit for a shower door and return panel and disappeared. After more than a month he resurfaced and made the one promise after the other. I realized I lost my money. Please be aware. He sounds very friendly and kind but he is a liar. Promised me many times that he wants to deliver the goods or that he would phone back but that is where it ended. I paid almost R3000 deposit and got nothing for it and he just plays cat and mouse. He is totally unreliable and a he is a thief. I read reviews on other platforms, unfortunately too late, which tell the same story.
