I need a 23m x 2.2m plastered boundary wall on Oak Ave,.out of SABS large cement blocks with the necessary brickforce. It requires a 4m gap for the gate .The only pillars will be on either side of the gate gap .The length of the actual construction is approximately 28m.There is an existing concrete base for a steel with a wrought iron fence . I will remove the fence.
We're looking at building a double garage, roughly 40sqm plus an additional parking, maybe length ways next to the left of the new garage, in front of an existing house.The problem is that there is granite underneath which will have to be excavated to road level and only then can the building commence. The only place available is to the right of the photo and there is a 1.5m building line. New steps to the top of the house will have to be constructed as well. Please see photos.
exterior I just want the structure to be built in fully with the roof and all exterior stuff like : windows, doors. interior I would all the inside wall according to the plan I have to also be built with the stairs. lastly, I want all the inside and outside walls top plaster. I want a big kitchen and lounge along with the dining room. The kitchen along with the lounge will be open plan and on the other side will be stairs with the dining table to eat. 1 I need to renovate my bathroom, all the sanitary ware is to be replaced as it is old and an undesirable colour. (Sink & faucet, Toilet, Bathtub with taps) 2 There is also a kitchen sink that needs to be replaced, and two taps for laundry that needs to be lowered slightly (20cm downwards). in the same position but just a bit lower so that the taps are underneath the kitchen counter.
Old roof sheeting is rusting, some sheets are almost rusted through. will need to replace the roof sheets with galvanized iron sheeting. area is aprox. 4.5m x 3.5m. Need a quote for 1) take off and remove old sheeting labour cost, 2) labour cost for putting up the new sheets, 3) quote should include cost of material as well (galvanized sheets, screws, washers etc.)
I have a litres of jojo slimline tank . I wanna connect water from the main water supply into jojo and from jojo into the house. I don’t know if the same pressure pump that is currently connected will work or should I buy one. I need a job to be done by professionals/ you don’t wanna take chances. So I need to know how much can be expected from me for the job to be done.
Please tell me , do you also do ground work and construction of training centres and workshops ? For example we want to put up 1 qty x 50 meter x 50 meter x 6 meter high and 1 x 50 meter x 50 meter x 8 meter high. both of these 2 buildings will be about 6 meter apart but still next to each other .. With that I'm looking for deasant ground work , cement slabs inside for flooring at the highest standard as we want to use the 8 meter high shop / training centre with overhead cranes and heavy loads. The 6 meter will only be training centre with class rooms. with that all plumbing work and electrical work to be included... Will you be able to estimate quote on that ?
The thatched roofing will be used on a lodge with gumpole structure. The size on plan = 78m2 On a slope of 45 degrees = m2 I'm looking for a square meter rate that will be applicable for other units as well. Rate should include the thatch covering, the gumpole roofing structure as well as the gumpole columns.
Garage roof is rusted through in spots, leading to water leaking through, damaging garage wall and door (see pics). Part or all of the garage roof may need replacement. Original roof is galvanised mild steel. Floor size of garage is 32m2, so roof is slightly larger than that. Roof is only slightly sloped (see pic).
