The paint on the walls are lifting, there is dampness which tells me there needs to be a leakage someone and we need to fix that. I am currently in the Free State and the property is located in Glenwood, Durban but there are tenants there. I can arrange with them for a time that will be convenient to visit the property.
In the past 3 years, I have completed minor renovations at my home in Paulshof, Jhb North. I had an architect design the additions and draft new plans, but I never got the plans approved at city council due to the incredibly long and inefficient process at council. It would be great to get my plans approved and updated with the city council so everything is in order if I need to sell one day. Would you be able to assist with this? I have a light in one of the bedrooms, where the dimmer is broken. I have had electricians come in, spend 3 hours, charge me tons of money, they have replaced the dimmer, and yet the problem persists. please could you come have a look and see if you can find the fault? I also have a fountain, where the fountain mechanism has been broken. If you could have a look and see if you can fix it.

I would like to remodel the house, extend the outside walls by a meter, change the main bedroom window into a sliding door. New roof and get the ceiling a bit high. Upgrade the electrical wiring, change windows and doors, upgrade the current sliding door into the folding one. Upgrade the bathrooms. Change the double garage roof from zinc into tiles ( Tuscan style) extend the back room and laundry, add inside shower and toilet.
