I would like a quote on waterproofing my roof external and paint it, as well as painting the house all around the exterior, I also need waterproofing for winter inside where water tends to run down from the gutters side. It gets worst in winter so before the weather gets worst I would like to have the house painted.
I’m looking to fix my property due to the damages that were caused by a tenant. Here is the list of areas that need painting: 1. The ceiling needs painting approximately 5x12 meters 2. The bedroom wall that the tenant painted with a different shade. It measures about 3x5 meters. 3. This wall needs to be fixed and painted. It measures about 3x0.5 meters. 4. The wall on the left needs to be repainted it measures about 3x7 metres. 5. When you are painting firstly, put a musking tape, secondly make sure the area needed to be painted must be clean, thirdly mixing well the paint before you use, apply primer coat give it some time to dry, apply first coat give it some time to dry also,, apply second coat give it some time to dry and apply finishing coat.. painting is done
