Hi, Im doing renovations on my house in Vanriebeekshof. My alarm system is not working or arming since my tenants moved out. I think it is a Paradox system. I need all systems, zones and PIR's checked, as well as remotes. I also need the remotes checked if working on the gates and panic. I would like to repair the existing system if possible.

Already have a carport that is attached to the house. There are wooden pillars supporting it and the roof is covered with IBR Roof sheets. I need to cover the one side of the carport which is not attached to the house and also want something that can the back just to keep a bit of moist out because I stay at the coast.
We are looking at but buying a house in Redwood steet, Moreletapark. We are a retired couple, and we are currently with ADT whilst we are living in Newlands. We will have to install an alarm system and security cameras (guessing 4 cameras as that is what we currently have here), and need to establish what your company offers for new clients. I need a clear carport used with fibre glass or polycarbonate material…which ever is reasonable. But I’m also worried about the weather such as hail. What if it gets damaged? Is it also possible to do it with steel and polycarbonate? I need that space to have lighting hence I’m not fully opting for steel roofs. Please advise

Normal front door needs replacement (I am not too concerned about looks, so am open to suggestions as to what type) - currently wood but this is the 2nd door in the last 15 years so need some advice. She paid in full. It worked one day and then kept going off randomly. She trued to get him to come back but he wont answer her phone calls.
