Failure to provide a precise and detailed list of the material needed and ultimately having to drive on daily basis to shop for the material in dribs and drabs while they work in my house ( every other day they’ll be something new needed which was never mentioned on the initial list ). This practice puts one out of budget. I feel they need to communicate with the owner if more working space is needed, they cannot just do as they please in someone’s house. For example: They worked in my en-suite which is just next to my bedroom upstairs. I understand there was limited working space but I found them working in my bedroom with material laid out on my carpet and at one point using one of plugging points for their machines in my bedroom. I mean the audacity to access my personal and private space like that without my consent, really had my blood boiling since I was downstairs and unaware of their movements. I know they probably meant no harm but it’s the lack of respect that stood out for me. Unacceptable!
Their services were very good, they came out to take a look, sent the quotes through and got the job done a few days later.

The basins currently have no running hot water. The shower is fine and has hot water but for some reason not the basins. We are not sure what is going on and need someone to come out and check.
