We want to add an en-suit and deessing room to a current bedroom and that is flowing into an open plan living/kitchen area so it can function as a separate flatlet for the elderly parents. The addition is around 44sqm. The plans have not been submitted yet as we would.like to get an estimate of the cost first.

On the plan attached: from A, down to where the dining room doors start. Elongated, between the house and boundary wall, 2 vehicles back to back; height of the house roof (Ford Transit van with roofrack needs to fit vertical height). Chromadeck and galvanised/steel or wood: so that it doesnt rust at the coast. Wood beams are acceptable if lower cost whilst still good quality/durable
I am Looking for a carport that is 9m long x 6m wide x3m high to fit my bakkie with roof racks. We have 1 car that only drives once a week and the other is daily so we are looking for something better suited for the elements than a car cover. we have a slope to the driveway where it starts at mm at the retaining wall and then finishes at mm at the end of the retaining wall where the carport will end
My ex daughter in-law assisted me to buy a car on her name,I paid instalments since January . In she came to my place with a brother and came to collect the car. She has not paid me anything back for the car. I was retrenched in . But I still managed to pay the car till . She ignored me. And said the licence was expired. And because the car is on her name she's taking it back. What about the money I paid on the car. That she is now driving around with that car . How can I get her to pay me back what I have paid.
