We have a 42 sqm granny flat as part of the existing house. There is currently two bedrooms in the flatlet, we require a 3 - 5 meter interior wall, that separates the one bedroom and living room to be demolished to make the kitchenette and living space larger. The one window in the new kitchenette will have to be reduced in size. We then want the necessary plumbing and electrical lines to be moved to the new kitchenette. Flooring, and or kitchen cupboards to be included, but quoted separately if possible. Attached is part of the plans of the building and a render of what we foresee the space to look like.
We live in a complex. The bathroom door frame is rusting and needs refurbishment. What may be costly though is that the frame is a junction frame. There is a room with door frame aligned next to the bathroom frame. This job may need cutting into cement and brick as it's a metal frame. This then effects the tiling as well. The rust may be deep and a patchwork job may not work. Many thanks
My father passed away last year while he had 2 wives one civil married(with 5 children over 18) the other traditional( with one child under 18). Civil married children went to fetch 3 vehicle from traditional wife where my father was staying. We had agreement but now she said we must bring back everything because she didn’t give us concent . She mentioned 3 of my brothers to bring back the vehicle before 28 march.
The divorce was uncontested until I gave the settlement agreement to my soon to be ex-husband. He is refusing maintenance (we have been separated for 14 months and has not paid anything towards his child). I am solely paying towards my son. Since separation we have alternated 7 days with each parent. ( I did this to keep the peace) Although now with feedback over the past few months etc regarding the emotional state and mental state of my son (6years old) - he gets bad anxiety when away from me, as well as neglect regarding general school necessities and upkeep. I have attached the agreement for you to look at. I am a teacher at my sons school so I do get first hand communication as well as insight into his daily routines etc. The divorce has been at a stand still because of the contested parental agreements.
I am looking at extending my home, but considering the options and what would be most cost effective. I am considering two options: 1. A granny flat- with 2 beds, bath, open plan lounge and kitchen 2. Adding on a second floor, with 3 beds, bath and open plan lounge and kitchen. Preferably with an outside stairs, but not sure if building regulations allow this. Need to connect with an "advisor" then can give some ideas, before we proceed with having plans drawn up etc.
I would need the balcony cleaned and outside it is a corner unit so right around. then blinds pulled down, which are outside the 2 bedrooms. Not all windows need cleaning as these were done in December. Bedrooms to be swept ONLY, dust furniture ONLY. as dust gathers over time. I will give details of which furniture needs to be moved onto balcony once cleaned.
I would like to see work done previously only for a house, at least with two levels and a flat roof. We looking at 3 level though. The land is about m, looking to build a 4 bedroom all ensuite, study/office, kitchen, scullery, laundry room, dining, living room, gym, servants room, 3 garages. swimming pool X 2
I hope you are well. In respect of the deregistered CC for an estate late. 1. Information as to whether there were any loan accounts or suretyships, alternatively, a letter from an accountant on his/her letterhead confirming that there are no assets or liabilities in the business, 2. Confirmation of shareholdings, 3. Valuations in respect of shareholdings and 4. Financial statements.
Needs some time and mind
I want to buy a property in Blouberg and am currently still waiting for the loan to get approved by the German bank I am getting it from. The seller wants to have some assurance with legal documents, that once I get the loan from the bank, I will buy the property off him. Furthermore, we need someone to actually assist us with the transfer. Thank you.
