Im looking to move a 3 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom ground floor apartment consisting of 1 King size bed, i queen size bed, 1 double bed. 1 couch 2 tub chairs and otoman and TV stand 2 carpets. and a TV and gas heater. 1 X 8 seater dining room table with 8 chairs, 12 boxes to the apartment which is 2 KM away. Then i need to move 1 X double bed, 1 X corner couch, 2 X Table stands. 2 Chairs.1 credenza 6 side tables, 1 chest of drawers and 10 medium boxes to Rikusrus in Randfontein. We require this to be moved on Thursday the 27th of February around 14:00
I would like installation of bathtub, basin, shower and toilet in a nine square meter bathroom. This bathroom is located next to an existing bathroom which should allow for easier piping connection to the sewage system. The water source is a borehole which is also within close vicinity to the bathroom. I would also need tiling service, I bought the porcelain tiles. Including the wall and floor, the surface area is 40.2 square meters. Please note bathtub needs a stand built as its not a freestanding one.

I have a dispute with SARS. They refunded me R20 in for a medical bill after an eye operation and 3 years later they demanded the money back. I have tried every avenue to sort this out with our success. With interest they have increased the amount to R60 . It is impossible get a walk in appointment with them.

I am researching what the price would be for security of a night guard who would patrol the property for night service only.
