Small apartment, mainly: 3 office chairs + 2 sitting chairs and one large laying chair, kitchen fridge, mini oven, washing machine, gas cylinder and small gas stove double bed and two trestle tables and 3 small side tables. Many furniture items of a small 2 bedroom house. There are 31 items including a small Hammond Organ & Automatic Washing machine. The latter 2 items will need special care, please. Then there are 40 to 45 cardboard boxes of household items, clothing etc. The total volume of these will be less than 3 cubic meters.

We would like the gate to allow for a standard car to drive through, so roughly 3 metres or more wide, and roughly 2 metres high so that people can't jump over, as we are trying to implement this gate into a courtyard community in Langa, and we are installing an urban farm in the courtyard (however it is currently open to anyone walking past, but we are worried about theft so we thus want to install the gate).
