I need to have 7x 10.6m zinc alums sheets and 2x 10.6m cleat polycarb sheets replaced . I also have a fireplace in the middle of the roof and need that sealed with sidewall flashing and soaker sheet waterproofing. All rubble to be removed. Sheets to remain on the property. Building a m2 house in wilderness
When it rains, all the water from the balcony leaks to the garage which is underneath the balcony and create mold and smell. The balcony is tiled but the water still go through the tiles. It's been like this for about a year. Thanks
