I had a case already about illegal immigrants so they arrested me last year February then all along l was attending those courts until September they said l must go back to Zim and do my passport and l did as they told me so the problem is this there is date l didn't attend the court because l was in Zimbabwe doing my passport so when l came back from Zim there by the court they gave me a warranty of arrest but now l have my papers so l need an assistant to cancel this case....thank you
VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY SE OVERHALLING. I PAID A LOT OF MONEY AND LATER DISCOVERED FROM A PREVIOS IMPLOYER OF THEM THAT THEY USED USE PARTS AND EVEN ATTEMP TO DO THE ENGINEERING THEMSELVES. Currently an ongoing case. Interim order issued and is being adhered to. Child is residing with the father. Mother to appear in court on the 8th of Feb to discuss further changes to the order and hopefully get 50/50 custody but has not been able to afford proper legal representation however needs some legal assistance now to help move this case forward and get a favourable result.
Good day I submitted my return which indicated a refund of approx R76 I then was told the pharmacy bills which i paid for was not sufficient as receipts and the statements did not suffice. I then submitted my bank statements showing i paid for these, along with medical statements and summary of all items paid. I then got a revised assessment reducing my original amount owed by R. I wish to discuss with an agent to understand why it was reduced when i have submitted all items. Can i engage the ageny who handled my audit as i wish to dispute this revised assessment
