Important definitions regarding electric fences
I have old metal gates that my late dad put in years ago. I had palisades put in to heighten the walls, to make the property more secure. Now I need the gates heightened by joining them to a metal base that must be made. I will accept advice on best method and materials to use. I also want to convert these gates from swing gates to folding sliding gates placed onto a metal rail. I attach a rough schematic. I attach pictures taken of the palisade installation. It can be see that the gates need a base to be made to heighten per schematic attached. Please advise.
For perimeter precast fence around.. paced approx 40x40m. (Please provide comparative quotes for 6 or 8 wire strands.) The overall length of palisade fencing by adding up the 3 sections that need fencing is 13.5m but is required as 3 separate sections. Details of the 3 separate sections that need to be fenced are: 1) 4.3m section between house and vibracrete boundary wall (fixed panel, no gate) 2) 4m section between 2 brick pillars (fixed panel, no gate) 3. 5.2m section between a brick pillar and vibracrete boundary wall (this 5.2m section should be inclusive of a sliding driveway gate. The area to be closed of is a tarred surface left side fence 3m front fence 61m with 6m and 3m opening for gates right side fence 3m Please allow for the 2 gate openings and if you do gates please quote separately. Please see attached pics, we are wanting to also pop rivet a sheet of rubber against the gate as this gate is in the middle of our son's cricket net, we are busy building and worried about the noise and damage. I need the gate installed, a new gate and if you could do the sheeting then it's a bonus but we can also purchase this and install it ourselves, just want to make sure what ever is quoted that it is possible to do.
