I am currently on an overseas assignment in remote sites but I would like to get some assistance with my latest tax return. I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.

I have the plans but they still need to be submitted to council. I have recently bought a plot in De Rust, where I would like to build a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Around sqm. I am going to be completely off grid and want someone that can integrate solar electricity and water collection systems into the build. I want a very simple and elegant build, open plan. The current garage and outbuildings must be converted into a one bedroom flatlet with small kitchen. A workshop will be added to this at the back. Windows to specifications. Lights and fittings to specifications. No baths for the 4 bathrooms only showers.

The front of the house is a double storey, the back is only one storey. I need another floor added to the single storey, with a double garage, bedroom, bathroom and entertainment room. As well as a kitchen and dining room at the bottom of the existing floor. The bottom floor would be around 11 x 9sqm and the top floor would be 6 x 9sqm.
