My boss has a farm house in Magaliesberg just off the R (Koster Road). He is looking for a quote on an epoxy resin floor, its two small jobs. Job 1) sloping shower floor (is it possible to do a slopping floor?) about 3 sqm; Job 2) a flat bathroom floor about 4-5 sqm. Once we have price we can discuss colour options but it will be a standard neutral colour. Hello! Area above two bathrooms allows water to enter next to the wall. Flat roof with gutters on it. Main roof were fix 3+ years ago but this 5m stretch starting to create problems. <10 m2 urgently; maybe need update bigger area as well. Don't think this job is very big as a start and will take max a few hours. Thanks!
Remove plastic roof sheets Replace with sink roof sheets either 3m or 3.6 m in length I will buy the material and that will include the sink sheets as well as: 2 x 5 Ltr Cemiflex, 2 x Rolss of mm x 10m membrane, 1 Bag of Portland cement, I therefore require a quote for labour to do this job Thanks
se are two small side roofs that were built as part of a big project two years ago. On he side a skylight was added last year and even after numerous attempts to seal it the contractor has failed to sop the leaks. Depending on the wind direction and the volume of water the other side still leaks occasionally also. That side now has a deck over it now, which will need to be lifted. We would like both roofst to be rubberized.

1 I need to renovate my bathroom, all the sanitary ware is to be replaced as it is old and an undesirable colour. (Sink & faucet, Toilet, Bathtub with taps) 2 There is also a kitchen sink that needs to be replaced, and two taps for laundry that needs to be lowered slightly (20cm downwards). in the same position but just a bit lower so that the taps are underneath the kitchen counter.
I have a litres of jojo slimline tank . I wanna connect water from the main water supply into jojo and from jojo into the house. I don’t know if the same pressure pump that is currently connected will work or should I buy one. I need a job to be done by professionals/ you don’t wanna take chances. IRB waterproofing quote needed. Greetings to whom it may concern, I have a house with part of the roof being flat. The problem initially was the gutter connectors are to small for a large amount of water. Subsequently outlet avenues were made available as to alleviate the water buildup. I have had work done on the roof and recently had an assessor from outsurence asses the roof His recommendation is that a thorough waterproofing needs to be done as the waterproofing done last year is flaking and allowing some water to seep through. This needs to be sorted out and would request an assessment and quote in this regards.
