se are two small side roofs that were built as part of a big project two years ago. On he side a skylight was added last year and even after numerous attempts to seal it the contractor has failed to sop the leaks. Depending on the wind direction and the volume of water the other side still leaks occasionally also. That side now has a deck over it now, which will need to be lifted. I have an open balcony on top of a concrete slab. Under the balcony is my scullery as well as a bedroom.
