Our kitchen has 2 sinks, both are not in good condition. We will need at least: - sinks must be siliconed to counter -leaks under sinks must be found and fixed -filtration system must be replaced with the bigger one we have (currently a very small one is installed) -additional work that the plummer deems nessesary is welcome but needs to be communicated and approved first (very welcome to recommend improvements)
I took out the shower and want to place the basin where the shower was. I want the basin’s pipes to be removed, a new bath installed and a new toilet. Everything stay the same except for the basin that is going to move. There is galvanized pipes used in the previous job. I also need a geyser to be moved.

Kitchen cold water isn’t dispensing water after a few minutes the water come through at low pressure but the hot water is coming through perfectly well with pressure. We have checked for air bubbles in the system, changed filters and also have opened and closed main supply to the house but this continues.
Hello. I was recommended your services by a friend. The toilet drainage system from the cottage separate from the main house is inoperable. The water and sewage does not drain. The outside pipes connecting to the main drainage are possibly broken. The situation has been long standing. Bathroom and kitchen and toilet drainage is all affected. Fawcets in the kitchen also need replacing. Is it possible to get a quote for a complete fix ? I am nearby.
Good afternoon , I would like to Request for a quote on the following : Internal Sinks: One (1) stainless steel double sink unit with one cold mixer tap only, integrated into a countertop and an additional sink to be placed externally as well with shared water inlet piping from rainwater harvesting system as described below with a single combined drain external outlet for wastewater collection. Rainwater Harvesting & Storage System: The container must be equipped with a rainwater harvesting system, including guttering system from the roof canopy structure described below, one (1) 5 -litre ("JoJo Tank" or equivalent) water storage tank, a water filtration system, and an on-demand pressure pump to supply all water fixtures. Provision for connection to a additional future equivalent water storage tank as a backup should be made. This will need to be done in Peddie Eastern cape. This will be done on 10 containers
My washing machine currently stands in the bathroom, there is a linen cupboard next to the bathroom where I would like to move the machine in. I would need a hole to be drilled in the back of the linen cupboard and connect the water to the basin with a stop valve, would also need a draining pipe to run through and connect to either the basin drain or the bathtub drain
I need a quote to fix a leaking shower in my Cape Town home. The shower is an Attack unit with a base and two dry walls on the side. After some drainage work was done, the base started moving on the floor, breaking the silicone and causing a major leak. The previous plumbers want to replace the drywalls because the have been compromised but that's not feasible right now and need a more practical alternative to waterproof the shower properly. The walls and base need to be waterproof because the base move when in the shower and then the silicone brakes. See images Attached. The previous plumbers really made a mess. I am having lots of problems with their work so I need someone who can do the job well. Could you please provide a cost estimate to repair the leak, stabilise the base, and ensure it is watertight? I can send some pictures through as well.
Seems the toilet drain keeps blocking. Which pushes everything up to the outside drain.
