The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting. As I do not always have my phone with me I would appreciate a WhatsApp. A contractor has started the job but then ran off with the money without doing most of the work.
I have a light in one of the bedrooms, where the dimmer is broken. I have had electricians come in, spend 3 hours, charge me tons of money, they have replaced the dimmer, and yet the problem persists. please could you come have a look and see if you can find the fault? I also have a fountain, where the fountain mechanism has been broken. If you could have a look and see if you can fix it.

House size on plans including Garage is about 19m long x 9.5m wide. Its leaking at 2 places need sealant as well. Just want an estimate of Painting a Tile roof. Good day, I need an urgent quote on the repair of a gate and electrical fence. We had an accident on Friday where someone hit the gate with a vehicle. Please find photos attached: The gate is off its socket and has a dint in, The access area is also broken so needs welding, One of the wires of the electrical fence is also ripped out and the gate cannot currently open with the remote. We start with preparation, were prepare the wall by first scrapping the Wall's, closing the wall with polyfil, then sand paper then remove dust from the wall after completing closing the cracks and holes, sandpaper and removing the dust we apply our primer after it dries we apply our first coat, if the wall doesn't require second coat we apply our finishing coat

I will like to know, I have a 2-bedroom property in Midrand and I currently am using about R a day on electricity tokens, which I was told is a lot, below is the items that is in the house. My meter box is a Hexinga. I bought the house and that’s the box that was there. I have a gas stove so no power from there is being used, the geyser is on, the TV’s are on but not through out the day and lights, fridge is on, but that’s about it and we 3 in the property and still the usage is high.
