It has developed some leaks in the living room on the ground floor so this will be more of a water damage repair. 3) replace ceiling and install insulation ( sqft) 4) completely remodel kitchen including bringing down two non structural walls of an outdoor toilet to incorporate that space into the kitchen/scullery 5)Remove carpet and replace with tiling sqft We have all the house plans from the municipality but actual plans in place for the work to be done

Bathroom renovation. Take out bathtub, shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Install walk-in shower in place of bathtub with 8mm x x mm Toughened Glass shower panel. Replace basin and toilet. Tile 5 m² floor with xmm ceramic tiles. Tile 20m² walls with xmm ceramic wall tiles. Remove and replace 5m² ceiling and replace with 12mm rhinoboard ceiling. Fit x3 LED downlights and small extractor fan in ceiling. Paint ceiling and new 75mm cornices.
