We have a rumbling sound from what we think is air in water pipes in the ceiling that occurs regularly. This has been an ongoing problem for approximately two months. We have had four plumber call outs (two plumbers). Bathroom tap washers and toilet rubbers have been replaced. Pipes in the roof have been secured. Finally, a ' Hammer Arrestor to the Cold Tap' has been installed. All to no effect. There doesn’t seem to be a solution. The rumbling even sometimes occurs in the middle of the night. Our geyser is on the front wall of the garage. About two months ago we had the geyser moved to a side wall in the garage as we were advised that it was to close to the electricity board and an inverter we had installed. I am not sure whether this could be the problem.
I need weeds removed from both front and back yard in Woodstock. We have stones and astroturf however the weeds are growing under the astro in the back yard and on the corners of the gardens and will need removal. There are quite a lot of weeds but there are no flowers that need to be seen. In the front, it is just a few minor weeds that need to be removed, not as many as back yard. Thanks,
We live in an older house. Our washing machine is working quite well, but we need someone to come out and check because our washing sometimes comes out with yellow-ish or orange stains. This also happens in the sink as well and because it is several spots in the house - I think it could be a problem with our pipes. They could be rusted.

owns a building in Lichtenburg with 3 bathrooms. Each bathroom has its own toilet and the male bathroom has a urinal as well. There is a nauseating smell coming from the male bathroom. The adjacent offices as well as the boardroom is severely affected by this. The toilets are also not flushing away all the toilet paper. We had a local plumber visiting the premises and his opinion is that we will have to replace all toilets as well as the urinal as the pipes and connections are too old and worn out. We are having a problem with our neighbors. They are cutting down the trees from our yard and we need advice on landscaping and how we can rearrange the trees and correct the garden to suite everyone's preferences. I would also like to add a turtle pond to the garden for an animal we recently had rescued.
Current garden very overgrown and neglected - back garden is a shade garden with quite a few plants and shrubs that aren’t suitable for shade. Garden needs to be cleaned up and redesigned. The back lawn is very patchy as it doesn’t get much sun - seems to have a few different varieties of grass planted. Lawn needs to be dug up, soil fertilised and suitable shade grass planted. Front garden grass is fine as it is sunny. Plants overgrown which need to be removed and/or cut back and replaced with new suitable plants/ shrubs. Open to suggestions of what design /layout would be suitable so no specific style preference other than it should be water wise and easy to maintain.
