We are planning on ordering/building 5 barn types of steel structures like what BMI steel does (roof and support). Looking at a 15m x 30m home on 1 level (4,5m to eve’s height), I am trying to establish a very rough estimate for the shareholders. It is for a farm set-up. We like nice finishes but they must be suitable for the farm environment. Our one particular home should have 4 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a patio, battery room for solar, and big open plan living areas. We have an architect friend to draw up plans. I am trying to form a rough idea for now, if possible pls.

Need carport structure to be erected against a wall in my backyard. Material (ie ....sheeting, steel purlins, steel flashing and round steel poles) is onsite. Require steel lipped channel purlins to be welded to round poles. Area being covered is 6.25 x 3.46m. Structure need to slant from right to left as per attachment (side view). The wall is built with block bricks and face brick. 18m of block brick and 15m of face brick, the remainder 3m is a gate for spikes. The wall is 1.5m in height and 36m in length. I would like a quotation on supply and installation with mm Flatwrap Razor Wire (please provide both Ripper and standard) on top of the wall.
