7 things to consider when building a carport
Before building a carport, you need to know what you want and what you can afford.
There was a company that erected carports at complexes and charged the complex a rental fee on a monthly basis. Not sure if you offer a similar service? Perhaps you know of a company? Price per carport +- 40 units ? The carports belong to the company and are not the property of the complex. A suggestion I would like to make to the Body Corporate
Quote 1: Double carport with aluminium frame 7.4m x 6.4m, bronze colour. Quote to be as per the attached picture - only one side will be covered, the other two sides there is a wall. Quote 2: Gate with aluminium frame 2m high, 3.5m wide. Small gate to be within or inside the big gate. Picture attached

Either 1) new carport or 2) Repairs to existing carport 1) New carport: 10m x 3m carport with 3 posts on one side and attached to brick wall (house) on other. 2) Repairs to existing one roofed carport. 2 of the 3 posts and structure/gutter on one side rusted through. We have just purchased a home in the Wilgeheuwel are looking to have the roof of the garage checked. We were informed that it does leak slightly after heavy rainfall, however we are concerned as we have noticed rust after an further inspection in the garage. Roof is IBR sheeting and not concrete. We would like to confirm structural condition of the roof.
Good Day, Kindly note that we have a number of buildings in Nelspruit and Polokwane. The status of these roofs are unknown at the moment and we would appreciate an inspection and quote to bring the roof up to standard.
