We would like to extend our bathroom, add a shower, add an additional 3 rooms and a courtyard. This will all be added to an outside room that we are currently using as a bedroom, the one room will be a lounge open plan kitchen. The other two rooms, one will be a second bedroom and the other will be made into a study. We want the bathroom, kitchen and study to all lead to the courtyard.
I want to sell my house and there are some of the rooms like garage and an extra room which is not on the house plans I got from the Municipality 20 years ago. I have an existing commercial property that requires remodelling. However, I am struggling to get the building from the Municipality because the building is quite old. The Municipality is unable to assist me with the drawings as they have nothing. I would really appreciate a phone call and discuss this further.

We want to add a small bedroom and bathroom (shower, toilet and sink only) to the side of our house. The wall that will be shared between the extension and the old building will need a door. New bedroom will need a std window and sliding door. Small window for bathroom. One electric plug point in the bedroom. Bedroom size 6m X 2.5m. Bathroom size 2m X 2.5m. The roof will just need to be extended further to cover the new extension. 1 light fixture for each room. Where the new extension needs to be built there is currently a garden slope that needs to be cut away and a 15m retaining wall built. Can you please estimate the costs involved from plans, submission, materials, electrics, plumbing, plastering, etc. No painting or BIC cupboards required.
