I would like to have an indoor birthday party . I am aiming for about 50- people . I have the necessary table decorations and I will have people setting and cleaning it up. When it comes to the eating itself , I will require plates and silverware. I am going for a self service buffet so no waiting staff will be needed.
It is for a 90th birthday and since it is in June and getting colder, the food should be appropriate to the season. If a spit braai option will be less expensive, I would like to be quoted on that as well. We are not yet sure of the venue - either Vereeniging or Meyerton, however if cutlery, plates and tables and chairs can be included in the quote, I would appreciate it.

Hey hey, hope you are well. We are shooting for FOM next week Wednesday, the 9th in Woodstock. We are going to be 10 people for a full day shoot (8 am - 6pm). I don't think the budget that was given to me is realistic, but I'm going to try - haha. So basically full meal for lunch is the most important and then stuff to snack on during the day. Delivery is needed to Roodebloem Studios, if possible. If you could send me options and quotes I would greatly appreciate it.

Good day, We will be hosting a community clean-up and garden planting activation in Missionvale at the police station. We would like to have a snack pack (savoury finger foods) and juice for after the clean-up. The group will then move onto the garden planting. Then after the gardening we would like a meal pack for group member including a can of cooldrink. Kind regards

So platters on the tables for nibbles in case anyone gets hungry Would also be looking to hiring 60 dinner plates, knives, forks, bread baskets x3 or 4( to hold 60 bread rolls) Dependent on price, may want sweet platters as well. Do you have a brochure you are willing to share. Finally, and a left field question. You don't possibly have a portable speaker that has USBInput port to hire. Basically want to plug USB in and let music play It will be in the clubhouse at our complex so needs to be loud enough for 60 peeps.
