How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
I am currently living in a 2 bedroom cottage, I would like to extend the kitchen and add a passage as well as an additional bedroom and walk in bathroom in the room.
The roof needs to be checked on the main house, the tiles are very old and may need to be replaced , also the flat roof needs to be redone as the tiles are old and broken, also the roof trusses needs to be checked for damage and repaired/replaced if needed, also the garage roof needs to be repaired(metal sheeting)
Good day, I need to redo my garage roof for the purpose of mounting solar panels on it. It is a double garage - around 6m x 6m. Need advise on best materials etc. as well. Thank you!
Small kitchen want to upgrade
Our holiday home at 9 Sydney St, Plettenberg Bay, has an old roof with fibre cement roof sheeting. This is old and breaking up with new cracks and leaks appearing from time to time. We need advice on the options and prices to replace the roof. I will be in Plett from 23 Jan for 3 weeks and you will be able to meet with me, view the roof and suggest alternatives with prices during this time.

I am currently in the process of purchasing an apartment, however, I need to weigh out my options. I require a quote on the renovations I would like to do and need to work out if the apartment would be feasible to purchase. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with a living room and balcony.

The skirting of the room needs to be sanded and old paint on them removed and restained. Walls need to be painted including accent walls. Built in cupboard needs to be redone. Shelving needs to be designed and installed.
