Attached is just one more conversation I had with one of Telkoms agents. And also a conversation I had with web Africa on the day I contacted them to install a fiberline to my house and the day they installed it. Here is my problem with Telkom. I canceled my order to have fiber installed to my house in April of this year. Because Telkom failed to install a fiber line to my house. Yet Telkom still bills me every month for a service that was never provided. I've called and have them call me back over and over. Send emails trying to resolve this problem. Yet nothing get done. Now they sent me ridiculous high phone bills for my cellphone contact I have with them. Yet payment was made. Can you advise me how much it would cost me?
