A bit of background: We bought 22 hectares of land in an eco landgoed/plot (of +- hectares) and there has been no development on our piece of land. My husband, Mario, and I are retired. Mario is 66 and I am 62 years old. We want to start a development with one set of our married children (we have 5 sets of married children) - Francois 34 and Janeska 34. Francois and Janeska have 3 small children. More of what we want to do: 1. The development needs to be able to happen in phases 2. Cost effective 3. Water is not a problem, we do not have a borehole, but have applied for water in the form of a servitude option with a neighboring farm. 4. Needs to use solar electricity 5. Safety is a problem, electric fencing already installed 6. Sections for family/communal use, sections for individual use and some sections for external use when family and friends visit. 7. Looking at a Mono style roof 8. Outside relaxation area, lapa and boma will be developed and designed by us 9. Lawn and outside area needs to stay natural as much as possible 10. Natural elements need to be able to be used and enjoyed 11. There are a lot of trees, natural rocks, but not where development has taken place 12. There are a lot of birds and animals stalking and wanting to move into the area 13. A little bit of detail is available on the pictures of the "plans" 14. Plan is not for municipal approval If anything is unclear, you are more than welcome to contact us for more information Mario or
