Toilet and tap in main bathroom is leaking and the floor is getting very wet. The toilet seat which is a cream colour is cracked and needs to be replaced. The guest bathroom white toilet set needs to be replaced. The 2nd Bedroom white toilet set needs to be replaced. This toilet also has the push flushing pads built into the wall. The full flush is loose and needs to be looked at. The Basins in the main bathroom has the push in plugs silver they are not sealing properly and needs to be replaced. The Taps in the wash rooms does not want to turn close and it is very difficult to close once you have opened it. The double kitchen sinks in the kitchen also need 3 new press plugs which are different to the bathroom one's as they leak slowly once filled with water. We then have a blocked pipe in the front garden on the side of the house which is on our property. Thanking you

Constant weed growth, barely any healthy grass growth. We not expecting the best of the best grass but decent installation/ planting, neatening up and thereafter a constant weekly / monthly maintenance services from your company. It’ll play a role of sports resume but cooler. Once they are on our website the will have access to coaches, agents, and even teams. We ill update their stats on a monthly bases. There will be two different categories, high school and club Athletes. The website will need to an application form which they will be able to upload documents. I will also require a gate; either sliding (without a motor) or swing gate.
