How much does an architect cost in South Africa?
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
I am looking for house plans for a three bedroom home with a double garage and an IBR roof. It must also have one bathroom and it must be an open plan concept. I am looking to get started within the next two or three weeks as I am still dealing with some processes with the bank.
Double Storey with plumbing connections to 2 Ceptic tanks to be signed by the architect. The yard is 30m x 75m.
Open plan living area, Skillion roof. 1 master bedroom with dressing room 1 on suite bedroom 1 utility room 1 guest bathroom Pool and patio on the North side with a braai area on the west side Please see attached some examples of what I am looking for.

I am aiming for a Nutec build preferably but will consider brick build. I want to build on one particular part of the property. It is my daughter's property. I am quite clueless with regards to what will be best regarding style, materials etc. so I do require quite a bit of advice from an architect.
