We have just purchased a home in the Wilgeheuwel are looking to have the roof of the garage checked. We were informed that it does leak slightly after heavy rainfall, however we are concerned as we have noticed rust after an further inspection in the garage. Roof is IBR sheeting and not concrete. We would like to confirm structural condition of the roof.
Good Day, Kindly note that we have a number of buildings in Nelspruit and Polokwane. The status of these roofs are unknown at the moment and we would appreciate an inspection and quote to bring the roof up to standard. My immediate concern is the Standard Bank Building situated in Nelspruit with the address listed as 29 Brown Street. I have a leak above the Standard ATM and I have numerous complaints already.
