Has old tiles on roof. Not waterproofed currently. Some dampness gets through. Need to be fixed or replaced with new tiles. Advise would be appreciated on what would be the best option. We measured the sq m of the floor, about 17m x 10m plus the stoop overhang which is 20 sqm.
