Not sure of the size of the area. Still need to measure or you can come out and measure as well. This is for outside of the house. I want to install a type of wooden planks or flooring - something durable and weather resistant. I do not want paving blocks so I need to know if there is a type of wooden or laminate that can work for an outside area.
How much would these services cost : - Scraping down, prepping and damp proofing (per square metre) - Paint whole building - 2 coats - Repaint logo of the business - providing own accessibility to higher parts of the building ( such as ladders, scaffolding, etc) - Prime entire area and reseal with Alcoflex or equivalent - I have attached an image specifying other things that I want to be done ( leave out services that you do not do ). - The building is approximately 80sqm total size
It is a double story home in Silverhurst that requires repainting. Woodwork: Front entrance door and wooden feature on second floor outside main bedroom needs repainting. Some rising damp evident in a few places outside around ground floor of house need attention and one spot on roof above ktichen is shoing through inside needs attention as well. We live in a VERY old house - almost years old. Our wooden floorboards have been almost completely destroyed by time, neglect, and wood borer. Previously, my mother was staying in the house and was advised that she'd need to sand the floorboards down to bare wood before exterminators could come and pour poison down but she only had a weekend to do it so all the remaining boards have been very poorly sanded with a hand-sander. We are asking for quotes to just do the kitchen for now as there is a big hole where the boards have snapped - but over time we hope to do the entire house when we can afford it.
Bathroom walls need to be cleaned from mould/damp and then repainted. I have the colour codes for the paint at the hardware shop so matching colours is ok. The door frame to the bathroom also needs to be cleaned from mould/damp and repainted too. Bathroom size is cm x cm, and wall coverage that needs to be fixed is only cm high. Painting of perimeter palisade, palisade gate, window security frames, security gates in front of doors and power box lids. Everything was measured, but note that palisade and security gates (everything with spokes) were measured as solid length, i.e the length and height of the fence, doors and window frames. Total square meters = 79m2 Need quotes for body corporate to give the go-ahead. Thank you in advance
