My daughter didn't have any accounts on her name so she couldn't buy a vehicle. She asked her dad if she can buy a vehicle on his name and so they did and she paid every month the vehicle payment and insurance money In her dad's bank account. Her vehicle outstanding balance is R 37 outstanding and now she bought herself a second hand car but I agree to pay the vehicle that she bought on her dad's name and put the vehicle on my ensures but, her dad came and took the vehicle she paid over four years on her vehicle. He wants to sell the vehicle now. She didn't want to lose her vehicle. What can we do? I told him it's unfair to sell the vehicle it's still my daughters vehicle. Please help us in this situation she wants her car back.

Every year when try to resubmit my income tax after the they do an automated assessment they decline the resubmission. I have R20 k medical deductions each year from that i want to resubmit but they just decline evry time. I have even tried going into the branch but they just tell me that there is no problem I should be able to. Its almost time to submit . I need someone to just have a look at my case and see if i can still resubmit from as I know technically you are allowed to go back 5 years. The auto assessments are just not allowing me te do anything after its been done.
Okay So there was a time was leaving South Africa using a traveling document and an immigration officer at beitbridge requested that I paid a rand for using a traveling document which I didn't have and he said he was going yo block me in system because I didn't pay,the issue has been on going, I applied for the uplifting which I received a letter from home affairs stating that the ban (which I thought was the case) was uplifted but upon my return to the country I was told that the passport is not yet cleared and I was told it's on v list. I don't know how to go about this issue as I have tried everything within my power but to know avail. The last email I got from home affairs They were requesting for a south African police clearance which I sent last week but no response yet. Please attached previous letter received from home affairs,a stamp that the immigration officer put behind my traveling document when he said he will block me in the system and a photo of the stamp when I was trying to go into the country.

Since we were living together, his car remained on my property before he was taken into custody. He owes me money, which we had verbally agreed he would repay. However, he is now refusing to do so and is demanding the car instead. I suggested that the car be sold, and that the proceeds be used to settle the debt he owes me. Additionally, he forcefully signed my store account card, insisting he would handle the payments, but now the account is in disarray. His actions were driven by the fact that his immigration documents had been expired for several years. After he was granted bail with certain conditions, he was waiting for me outside the courthouse. This was witnessed by both a police officer and his lawyer, who had to intervene and instruct him to leave me alone. That same evening, he contacted individuals at my residence, making threats and disclosing my medical records without my consent. To this day, he continues to harm my reputation by making false accusations and labeling me negatively. I would like for justice to be served, I to be compensated and him to make payments of what he owes me
