Warrant of arrest out due to a missed court date for maintenance. He has been attending court for almost three years now for maintenance and missed a court date last month and now there is a warrant of arrest out. Police suggested he gets a lawyer to go to police station to help with the matter. He missed court date because he was out of town trying to get a job.

My baby mama refuses access to my child. I took the matter to the Children's Court in Moretele Magistrate Court. Next appearance is on 20 Feb . A social worker has been assigned and I am still to meet with social worker. However, I have my daughter in my custody since 19 Oct .
