Our dealership borrowed a vehicle for a customer completing an indemnity form. Two day's after the made an accident and write off the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to our dealership and the customer was liable for the cost of R . But out of good will the company resided to assist them because they did not have the money right away to pay, JJ auto paid for the bill and made a payment arrangement with our client. Also with the insurance the client signed that they will be responsible for the third party payment and the driver only had her license no longer then 3 months and they need to pay the amount of R . Now after 3 months they did not kept to there arrangement and take no effort to pay. After numerous phone calls we don't get their co-operation. We want to find out how much is your charges and what steps we need to take.
Good morning, I need help, I can't seem to find any.my mother had a will,she passed on,her husband not my father,he went to the masters,he told them that there's no will and no children they gave him the letter of authority.when my siblings and I together with the lady which my mother appointed executor in the will went to register the will at the masters they said that he was already there and gave him the letter of authority,but then we told them that the lady who was with us were the 1 appointed as executor in the will,they contacted him to come to them, after which he done after they had to threaten him with a warrant of arrest,he finally brought it,they just tore it up and gave the executor a new one,she appointed a lawyer to help with estate.but seem his in cohoots with my late mother's husband,he let him get away with everything, he's suppose send a lawyers letter to a relative to retrieve monies that guy collected after her death from tenants for a property she leased but doesn't.The bank sent monies to my late mother's husband which is bequested to my siblings and I in the will and the lawyer let get away with it,he sold some vehicles,wants ownership to a property my late mother bought of monies she received after my father's death,which was before they got married,the money that she invested,he says it's, everything's his because they were married in community of property,will you be able to help my siblings and I?thank you

Good morning Sir/Madam. I have 4 matters. 1. Banks Ombudsman doesn't want to release my money. On the year I was scammed R in my TymeBank account. SAPS completed their investigation in December, they issued a letter that says I was not involved in stilling my money and they have identified the culprit. He is already in jail serving. But the Ombudsman says it is not evidence enough I should still prove myself I didn't still my money. 2.On the year hired a company to develop a software and a website for me.The company deployed a software that is not functioning,I opened a case at Lyttleton SAPS. The IO never worked on my case it was closed. I escalated to SAPS National and Province Offices.The province office appointed a Colonel to over see my case and reopened the case. But the Colonel didn't work still enough, because the only thing she did is appoint a new IO to work on my case and a Colonel in Lyttleton SAPS to over see my case. The new IO worked on my case and it was sent for decision making at Reginal Court.l was surprised that the previous IO is still interfering in my case. Both Colonels never said anything when I reported to them that I have found out that the previous IO is still interfering in my case. The regional Court said I don't have a case against the company. I therefore escalated to DPP July they acknowledged. DPP only responded July to ask for details that is after I have sent too many follow up emails. I resent DPP my complain and statement. When I went to Lyttleton SAPS, ✓I found out that DPP never requested my docket from Lyttleton SAPS for full year I submitted my complain to them. ✓The new IO resigned from SAPS long ago. ✓The Colonel was overseeing my case in Lyttleton SAPS went on pension. ✓The Colonel was appointed by SAPS Provincial Office to overseeing my case,was promoted now a Brigade and she has moved to Potchepstroom.She said she can't work on my case anymore. My concern is that, ✓there was never a notification of all the changes. ✓no hand over my case is abandoned. ✓all this people their lives has progressed and mine is standstill. 3. December I was arrested by to Investigation Officers in Soshanguve, while we ware going to the police station they said I can give them R they will release me, I gave them R I was released. While we were talking I recorded our conversation. I reported the matter to Anti corruption unit and they are busy with it. What leaded to my arrest was that I throw out my then tenant's staff out of my rental room after he wasn't paying on time and disrespected me. I have tried to reported the tenant to the police and court for 3 days with no action but he reported me only ones they arrested me.
I have a tenant in Cape Town who happens to be my daughter in law. My son passed on in and we had agreed that she should pay reduced rental in my flat and also the levies and municipal bills for the flat. Since she stopped paying rentals which I was willing to overlook if she paid the levies and municipal bills. I have just been contacted by the body corporate managing the place advising that she has not been paying levies either. I tried to engage her in discussion but now she has stopped answering my calls and responding to my messages after promising to pay the debt. I now want to evict her
I have a standing court order as per divorce agreement done in October , however due to incorrect wording there are lines within the court order that force me to pay alot more towards the children monthly, i tried to discuss with the EX as to what we initially agreed whilst drawing up the divorce agreement, but she says i need to do what it says in the court order. I simply can not financially afford to continue paying all this. I need it reduced

Hi. I have had 3 absenteeism counseling sessions with my employer. The last one was on 4th May . Today I was invited to intermittent sick absence enquiry. I fear that they are trying to dismiss me constructively. They are threatening to dismiss me and that I have to make alternative arrangements in the events where my children fall I'll. I'm basically being bullied and victimized. It took them 3 months to invite me to an enquiry. What makes me paranoid is that they wanted employees to sign fire extinguisher training that I refused to sign because I didn't get training. Now it feels they are chasing me. The person who chaired the enquiry dislikes of me because I didn't want to disclose fraud to him I reported and when I saw him one time clocking in he gave me a nasty stare. They want to Subject me to thorough medical to see if I am fit but my work performance states otherwise.
I would like to know what the costs are for transferring a property that has been left to my sister and I by our late mother. We have just received the distribution letter from the master and are ready to transfer. Property was valued at at the time of my mom's passing and with the docs submitted for the L and D Acc.
