I only grabbed a bag because a rider was refusing to pay a trip fare after I had transported her in an Uber platform. The grabbing of a hand bag was done to get the attention of the client. In the process of grabbing a bag, she pulled it forcefully from my hands but since the grip was too tight the hand bag got damaged. As for the assault and malicious Injury; no I did not commit these incidents. My criminal case was held on 28 February at Pietermaritzburg Magistrate Court. Good day. We are moving out of a shop and we need to hand back the premises as a "white box". Walls and doors needs to be repaired and painted white. It's +- 90m2 room and I'm guessing the ceiling is about 2.4m to 2.7m high. One side(entry side) of the room is basically windows and doors only which does not have to be painted except for the little bit of exposed wall. We need this done end of April, Ideally between 28 and 30 April.

It will basically be a steel structure adjoined to an existing building. So at the end the whole house will be in an L-shape. The new steel structure will have to be a double story with bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The ground floor will be the living room. Large steel frame windows and doors on both sides of the steel structure in the length of the building. I would still have to get some recommendations on how and if possible to get the steel structure adjoined to the existing building. I have seen some ideas of a glass structure, but if possible to adjoin the new steel structure without the glass structure I would prefer that. But basically it is currently an old building/house with enclosed stoep, large bedroom, bathroom and kitchen - which I want to enlarge to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house with a nice living room space. So the plan is to add the new steel structure next to the existing house, and then add a staircase to the top floor. Would it be possible to assist with a quote?
