The 24 hour guard would be to keep vandals / thieves from entering the property or main house until sale goes through.

Second opening = 1.7m wide X 2.5m high Third opening = 1.5m wide X 2.5m There are two existing sliding doors which I'd like to remove and reuse if possible, their measurements are as follows; 2.4m wide X 2.1m high 1.8m wide X 2.1m high I understand that the final quote will be based on final measurements but I'm seeking an estimate for now. I have my 3 x 🐕 dogs sleeping in the house at night. During the day they have access to the kitchen area to rest and eat. I need to activate an alarm when at work, to the rest of the house (2 x bedroom, living area, bathroom) during the day and when I'm away with vacation. I want to be able to see any movement around the house on my cellphone. I don't have anyone during the day at the house when I'm at work. It's a small house on one of the ZZ2 farms. I am moving into a new home on May 1st and the landlord has mentioned that there is an already installed security system that just needs to be linked to a monitoring and armed response service. The measurements (4 options) I need for the sliding doors are: 3m (L) x 4.5m (w) left and 4.5m (w) 2.8m (L) x 4.5m (w) left x 4.5m (w) right 3m (L) x 4m (w) left x 4m (w) right 2.8m (L) x 4m (w) left x 4m (w)right Please note that the sliding doors will have a pocket in the wall where they stack into when opened. The floor track preferably recessed. The measurements are for doors that meet at a corner 90 degree opening. They can stack separately on either side.
I have a complete alarm system with beams and sensors installed but it's the old model which is now malfunctioning cause it needs the original code which I don't know because I bought the house from someone who didn't use it at all now I called someone to help and he suggested I put a new one with newspaper and remotes.
Service should provide cleaning equipment and consumables. Apartment is 3 bedroom (1 bedroom used as office), 2 bathroom unit of sqm. The bedrooms have vinyl flooring that should be cleaned appropriately. The rest of the apartment has tiled floors. One loose rug in living area. There is an outside patio (included in sqm) to be cleaned as well. There are no pets. No need to do any dishes or laundry.
