Portion of roof over double volume has translucent sheeting (I think it is glass fiber installed 20 years ago: 4 sheets wide and c. 1,5 M long on both sides (E and W)) which was damaged by the recent hail storm. A small hole (± 20mm) appeared after the storm. So I guess the sheets will have to be replaced with corrugated polycarbonate sheets.
We want to build an outdoor area with steel, brick and glass and would obviously need plans for that. I've attached some google images so you can see what style we want to go for PLUS photos, video and a drawing of what we want to do. That's projetct ONE. Project two is smaller as its a remodelling of our outbuildings, by extending the roof over the wasted space. Attached are also photos and a drawing of what we want to do. I'm not sure my outbuildings configuration is % cause it feels squased but anyway. Something you guys can guide us on when we get to the actual plans. Please provide a quote for projects one and two separately. Please ensure that this includes all sign-offs needed i.e. engineering approval. Idea is to build in 3 phases, the outer walls to be lifted by approximately 7 rows of bricks to accommodate a lof area over bedrooms, with a open high roof in kitchen, dinner table and lounge area. Feel free to ask questions. Open to suggestions. This is to give an idea of what the need is. Also the 1st phase bathroom to be wheelchair friendly.
Need to connect a 3 wire Franklin Electric borehole pump to a modern switching gear also from Franklin Electric - The insurance guy disconnected the pump from the old box and said the box was faulty, thus got another better box. Thus no indication which wires are connecting where, thus testing of motor to be done. Box is already fixed to the wall and only need the connection to the pump and providing of a CoC for insurance purposes/
I wish for this apartments building to be open space minimalist and each room to have as much natural lighting as possible, and I would like for the interior to have lots of black and the outdoor to have a bit of greenery and a chilling space since I'm targeting all sorts of people from students to employees with this apartments and I'd love for it to cater for everyone

I like to shop at second-hand and antique stores rather than buying brand new boilerplate stuff. This is not necessarily to save money, but for the character and pieces that are interesting. The house is just over sqm, with large living/dining area and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom are largely set in stone. I need serious working space somewhere. My style is kind of traditional farmhouse, but not cluttered or fussy, with a touch of eclectic.

Add on Maids quarters with shower/Toilet and kitchenette 4. Add a boundary wall with a gate I therefore need the plans to be drawn and updated with the above and get quotes for the work to be done. This is a house am buying and want to get all the pre-work concluded so the actual repairs can start as soon as the house is registered I do have access to the house on arrangement
I already have an idea of what i want, i have sketched it on paper, i just need a building plan to hand to the municipality. There are still some kinks to be sorted out. The idea of the building is to provide a double-story low-income home that can be rented out for about R-R. I am still unsure of whether I should use wood to complete the second story or also bricks. It is a large stand and once i have everything done i will build about 6 of these units.
